We are looking to build up our team of elite inside sales representatives. Our call center is pretty new and rapidly growing due to the success we are having, and we are looking to bring in some experienced or ambitious talent to help us grow the right way Candidate will need to be able to work in the office located in UT County, Utah.


SunChoice Solar specializes in helping business owners utilize the maximum amounts of federal and state incentives available to them to go solar and save money off their bottom line. We work in rural communities and have developed strategies that allow our clients to start saving money on day one rather than having to wait for a return on an initial investment.

We believe in making sure our customers receive the highest standard of service and support. To protect these standards, we need to be very careful with who we bring on board. Though these positions are available immediately, we are willing to wait for the right candidates, however long it takes. The candidate for this position will excel at being a self-starter and creating/closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, and leverage inbound and outbound calls to facilitate growth. They will be organized and capable of operating without specifically structured procedures, and be able to help head up the creation of necessary processes needed to scale.


Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from purchased leads and self generated leads
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Be proactive and consistent.


Qualifications

  • 2-5 years' inside/solar sales experience a big plus
  • 2 years' business-to-business experience a big plus
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Experience and working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office Suites
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to independently drive growth and production for your team.

Compensation

  • $17/hour + commissions
  • Uncapped commission
