Immigration Attorney

Robert Half is currently seeking an enthusiastic Immigration Attorney with a heart for supporting individuals and families navigating the complex process of immigration. This role offers a flexible, hybrid approach that balances both remote and on-site work, suiting individuals who value a blend of independent and collaborative work environments.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 - 5 years experience in asylum, court preparations for clients, and drafting motions such as reopening and motions to revenue. Take the lead in ensuring our clients receive comprehensive legal support throughout their immigration journey

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare asylum seekers for interviews and court hearings

• Assist with motions to reopen and motions to revenue

• Offer guidance and assistance with minor/child visas

• Provide legal advice and support in complex immigration matters

• Develop, prepare and update immigration case files

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Between 3 - 5 years of experience in immigration law, specifically in asylum

• Experience prepping clients for courts

• Experience drafting motions to re-open and motions to reduce revenue

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluency in English and Spanish is a significant plus
