Position Overview:

The Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our renewable energy projects. Leveraging your leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic vision, you will lead a dynamic team in driving the successful delivery of key initiatives aligned with our company's sustainability goals and objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management leadership roles within the renewable energy or sustainability sector.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in renewable energy technologies and project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive innovation, and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance requirements relevant to renewable energy projects.
  • Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach) is a plus.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance our renewable energy initiatives and support long-term growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.

Technical Acumen:

  • Utilize your technical background to navigate complex projects and provide expert guidance on technical challenges.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to drive project success.

Data-Centric Approach:

  • Develop data-centric strategies to gather actionable insights and drive informed decision-making across projects and programs.
  • Implement robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track project performance and optimize outcomes.

Agile Methodologies:

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the PMO and across project teams.

Risk Management:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams, executives, and external partners.
