Role Description

This is a full-time Foreclosure Lawyer role at Howard Law Group. The Foreclosure Lawyer will be responsible for handling complex mortgage foreclosure litigation cases. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, representing clients in court proceedings, and providing legal advice to clients. This is a hybrid role, with the lawyer being primarily located in Boca Raton, FL, but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling foreclosure cases
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida State Bar
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
