McKinney, United States Titus Talent Strategies Full time

We are a growing, entrepreneurial firm on track for aggressive growth and needs an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team and represent clients in family law and special education matters. Both family and special education law can create highly emotional situations for our clients with complex legal challenges. We are looking for an attorney who is technology driven and can embrace challenges to help our clients face one of the most stressful times in their lives.

The position will be responsible for representing clients in family law and education law matters. While experience in special education law is not required, a commitment and desire to work with families with disabilities is a must, in addition to family law experience. The desired applicant should have courtroom experience, as well as proficiency in legal research and written legal argument. The attorney must also be comfortable and experienced in working with mental health professionals and experts.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in the field of family law. A special education background or experience is a plus, but we will provide training in the substantive law. Courtroom experience is a must, and the position will require an attorney to be comfortable handling a case from start to finish in a courtroom or administrative hearing and to hit the ground running, while working as a team player.

Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and resume. The cover letter should address three qualities that a great family law attorney should possess and the traits that the candidate possesses that makes them a good fit for the job

Base salary commensurate with experience, with bonuses based on production.

About the Firm:

We are a boutique law firm, specializing in family law and special education law. Our mission is to help our clients through the legal process so they exit the process in a better place.
