**Job Title: Food Handler Certified Restaurant Server**

**Position Overview:**

We're on the lookout for a committed and customer-focused Restaurant Server with a valid food handler certification. If you possess excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and a genuine love for delivering exceptional dining experiences, you could be the perfect fit for our team. As a pivotal member, you'll ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service while upholding strict food safety standards.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

2. Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes, including ingredients and preparation methods, offering recommendations as needed.

3. Take precise food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.

4. Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and quality.

5. Anticipate and address guests' needs promptly and courteously throughout their dining experience.

6. Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns.

7. Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with integrity.

8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.

9. Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards, including personal hygiene practices.

10. Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

11. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of dining areas.

12. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

13. Uphold company policies and procedures, prioritizing safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

3. Valid food handler certification required.

4. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

7. Strong multitasking abilities.

8. Positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional service.

9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

10. Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/move heavy trays or equipment if necessary.

11. Handle all cash and credit card close out transactions, and drawer balance

**Dress Code:**

- All-black pants and shirts without any holes, crafted from cotton or denim materials. Leggings, shorts, and tank tops are not permitted.

- Closed-toed shoes are required for safety and hygiene purposes.

- Maintain a neatly groomed appearance, with hair securely fastened.

- Occasionally, promotional t-shirts may be provided for wear.
