Castle is seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will own day-to-day operations for ongoing projects as well as provide support for the Lead Interior Designer and Architect.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Develop and present creative design concepts for residential interiors that align with client needs and preferences.
  • Create detailed plans, 3D models, and renderings using Revit and SketchUp.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, take measurements, and oversee progress.
  • Source and select materials, furniture, and accessories in accordance with project budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology to bring innovative solutions to projects.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for design specifications, including plans, elevations, and sections.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in Interior Design; previous experience in residential design is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Revit and SketchUp.
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently once given direction.
