Job Overview:

As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, the FP&A Manager is a critical role supporting the consolidation of company results and analysis of company operating expenses and other areas as required. In this capacity the FP&A Manager will provide deep financial analysis and actionable data insights to enable leadership to make decisions impacting the success of the business

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in the consolidation of monthly results and analyze against forecast, budget, and prior year results
  • Partner with corporate departments to provide meaningful expense analysis and facilitate the reforecasting of expenses
  • Support the annual budget and ongoing forecast process through the creation and management of submission templates as needed
  • Take the lead in loading and reconciling budgets and forecasts into Hyperion
  • Analyze current business and system processes for potential areas of improvement
  • Actively participate in problem solving initiatives to determine root cause, gap analysis, along with the development and implementation of process improvement recommendations
  • Support Senior Management with ad hoc budgeting, reporting and analysis

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Makes sense of a vast range of information from multiple sources to conceptualize, drive creativity, problem solve, and follow through on action
  • Oracle experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams/projects and ad hoc requests with tight timelines
  • Strong technical aptitude, including ability to learn company systems/tools and create process efficiencies


Qualifications:

· 5 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
  • Strong working knowledge of Financial Statements (P&L/Balance Sheet)
