Quality Assurance Technical Manager

QA TPM Role. They are looking for someone who has extensive QA knowledge, run QA PMO, knows automation and provide inputs on how to set up automation.

  • Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices.
  • Conduct QA reviews, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
  • Analyze QA metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee QA project portfolios, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of QA milestones.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and work with teams to implement automated testing solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze automated test results to identify issues and improve test coverage.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for QA teams, including testers, automation engineers, and QA analysts.
  • Provide training and mentorship to QA team members on QA processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA activities into the software development lifecycle.
  • Eagerness to stay updated with emerging QA trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Willingness to adapt and improve QA processes based on feedback and lessons learned.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
