Responsible for oversight of the Polyclonal, monoclonal and Pharmacokinetic department and

processes, in accordance with client specifications and/or Lampire work orders with the goal of

providing consistent, high quality products and services to our customers with complete, accurate

documentation.



  • Collaborating with external entities and fostering partnerships.
  • Participating actively in project team meetings and providing guidance to research associates.
  • Drafting and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records (BR) as necessary.
  • Engaging in Client Meetings to facilitate new business development.
  • Contributing to experiment design and utilizing creativity in problem-solving within the team.
  • Adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) pertaining to project management.
  • Delivering regular project updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Executing tasks in compliance with either good manufacturing practices (cGMP) or Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), depending on study requirements.
  • Generating project reports and maintaining comprehensive records as required.
  • Assisting in the preparation of investigation reports as part of the Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) program.
  • Developing additional training and marketing materials for the Sales and Marketing departments.
  • Implementing and periodically updating pricing models as needed.
  • Supervising project schedulers across the company's areas of focus, including Polyclonal, Monoclonal, and Pharmacokinetic studies.
  • Staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field of immunology.
