This resource will work THURSDAY-TUESDAY (will work all weekends) onsite.

Hours are 7 AM- 4 PM.

They will also work holidays if the holiday falls on their time to work.*** They will also fill in for anyone that is OoO (functioning as a backup).

Overtime is offered due to this.

Day to day this person will be “reading plates”, testing raw materials, water testing and Identifications of organisms.

They will also be assisting in lab investigations and supporting the initiation of validations.

They will also trouble shoot issues.

Technical skills will include ETQ experience is preferred, SAP experience

Preferred. Office proficiency required.

If they have worked in a CPG field previously that is preferred.

This position requires knowledge and ability typically associated with a Bachelor degree in Microbiology/Bacteriology/Natural Physical Sciences.

Graduate students of Microbiology may apply.


Principal Accountabilities

Fully committed to the health and safety of all employees under his direction which promotes and supports occupational safety and industrial hygiene and to manage in a manner that seeks to eliminate injuries and illnesses.

Provide leadership to institutionalize World Class Manufacturing to accomplish mill and Supply Chain objectives in conjunction with the Baby Care business plan to achieve manufacturing excellence.

Control the operation of the Maumelle facility to achieve targeted Key Performance Indicator results in the nine accountability areas of: Safety, Housekeeping, Human Resources, Quality, Cost, Raw Materials, Customer Service, and Corporate Ethics.

Carry out job responsibilities in a safe manner.

Practice procedures that meet safety codes, policies and guidelines.

Provide for the safety and well being of all facility colleagues.
