Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Network Technician at Automate IT Inc. As a Senior Network Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with network administration, troubleshooting, technical support, network security, and network infrastructure. This role is located in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills, skilled in SonicWALL's, FortiGate, CISCO etc, LAN, WAN
  • Experience in network security and ensuring data protection
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure design and implementation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field


Experience with network monitoring tools and knowledge of cloud technologies would be beneficial.
