**Position Overview:**

We're currently seeking Security/Client Support Technicians to join our team at our Delaware, Ohio office. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining and troubleshooting IP camera systems for our valued customers. This is an in-office position, offering a stimulating environment with no additional travel required.


**Responsibilities:**

- Utilize remote access tools to troubleshoot IP camera issues across customer networks

- Schedule and provide support to on-site technicians, ensuring efficient resolution of issues

- Maintain detailed documentation of all work performed

- Conduct thorough video reviews and investigations, including preparing written reports as needed


**Experience and Skills Required:**

- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with IP security cameras

- Proficiency in working with computers and IP network devices

- Ability to effectively support remote technicians in troubleshooting camera systems

- Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word

- Experience with burglary systems, access control, fire systems, and monitoring centers is advantageous
