Job Title: AML Analyst
Location: Maitland, FL 32751
Work Schedule : Hybrid (2 days in a week onsite)
We are seeking an experienced AML Refresh Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will ensure AML compliance by reviewing client documentation, conducting due diligence, and managing client accounts. You will also collaborate with internal teams and maintain key databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage client refresh schedules.
- Conduct AML checks and assess client activity for closure/offboarding.
- Coordinate with third parties to obtain necessary documentation.
- Work with internal teams (Legal, Credit, Compliance) to track client status.
- Maintain client databases and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Financial Services (e.g., Investment Banking, Wealth Management).
- Strong AML knowledge and experience.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Experience with due diligence and risk assessments
