Purpose

We are seeking a Producer to add to our team. In this role you will be responsible for executing productions on all assigned broadcast content, social content, activations, OOH, digital, new business etc. We’d like to see 3+ years experience in production. Agency production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Self-starter who is decisive and able to run production projects from start to finish.
  • Clear understanding of the production process. Producer is responsible for and has experience executing a variety of productions (broadcast content, social content, activations, OOH, digital etc) from pre-production phase through post production and final delivery independently.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee interdisciplinary production projects and ensure we deliver services on time and within budget that meet our production quality standards.
  • Be the point person for managing production schedules, budgets and overall project organization to ensure timelines and requirements are executed efficiently.
  • Actively research potential partners and work to secure the best resources possible to execute a creative idea. This includes sourcing production partners, as well as assessing the best technical tools available to aid production (ie AI platforms, production equipment, etc).
  • Constantly working to improve team processes and improve agency workflow systems and procedures.
  • Ability to optimize production process, finding and implementing production efficiencies. Producer should be able to speak to and explain the production process to internal stakeholders so there is clarity.
  • Mentor production coordinators by providing ongoing positive and corrective feedback on performance, providing day-to-day coaching and regular development conversations.
  • Partner with the Account Team to act as a key point of contact for all things production. Communicate the status of a project while in production via verbal and/or written status reports on a daily/weekly basis, and identify risks to ensure stellar delivery, all while considering the ultimate goal of strategic growth of the account.
  • Work with the Post Production team, Content Creator team, Design team, and Development team, whether internal or an outside partner, to carry a project through production, ensuring all project specs and change requests are completed.
  • Ensure usability, quality assurance and brand standards are adhered to prior to launch in partnership with the account team.
  • Assess liability with Business Affairs and legal counsel to ensure we comply with intellectual property and technology laws/best practices.
  • Create project estimates and track costs to ensure we stay within budget in partnership with the business manager.
  • Assist Senior Producer in providing education of the content production process to the department and agency as a whole.
  • Be an expert on emerging technology trends and tools such as production centered AI platforms. Producers actively research and explore new technology that can assist in creating efficiencies (both cost and timing wise) within the production process.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of project management platforms, technical applications, programs, and standards.



What You Need To Be Successful

  • Ability to guide and direct production teams to keep them on budget and schedule while continually inspiring them to innovate for our clients
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written skills.
  • Stay up to date on the current production landscape, attending conferences and familiarizing yourself with emerging technology trends and tools. Producers should have an interest in production and passion for executing best-in-class productions across various platforms and formats.
  • Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools, technical applications, programs, and standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong relations with external partners, including production reps and vendors, freelance designers, animators, content creators, and editors, finishing and VFX partners, talent agencies, etc, with the purpose of matching these resources to the appropriate creative project.
  • Proven experience as an Integrated Producer in Digital, Television, Film and/or Advertising.
  • Collaborative and creative problem solver. Producers work closely with various internal and external partners including Creative, Strategy, Account, PM, Content Creation, Edit, Design teams as well as production vendors. Producers should demonstrate the ability to present solutions to a variety of production challenges, and should have a collaborative spirit with the goal to work in partnership with various stakeholders to execute productions. This is essential to the success of a Producer.
  • Ability to work under pressure, within extremely tight deadlines while maintaining a good sense of humor, tact and professionalism
