Workstation Operator

Pay Rate/Salary: $18.49 to $25.02

Location: Lodi *No relocation offered

Schedule: Monday 11 am to 7:30 and Tuesday-Friday 12 to 7:30 pm

Job Description:

Image Workstation Operator II is responsible for the daily processing of incoming checks from other institutions and over-the-counter work.

Job Duties:

Provide excellent service to customers by accurately and efficiently processing transactions

Assist in resolving routine and complex IP issues including out-of-balance transactions

Verify and clear branches for release

Assist in researching and processing adjustments internally

Efficiently sort and process lockbox payment transactions as needed

Help identify process improvements and assist with revising departmental procedure documentation as needed

Competently utilize the Bank’s Image/IP systems and processes

Help ensure all IP equipment is well-maintained and operational

Education:

HS Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications:

1-2+ years’ previous experience with image/IP systems and processes at a financial institution preferred

Ability to use 10-key equipment at 10,000 strokes per hour with an error rate of less than 1%

Successful completion of a credit history check
