Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to provide expert legal advice and representation in matters related to insurance coverage disputes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of insurance policies and coverage litigation, and will work to protect the interests of our clients in navigating complex claims and litigation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on insurance coverage issues and policy interpretation.
  • Represent clients in coverage litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Analyze insurance policies and claims to determine coverage eligibility.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance coverage.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage law or litigation.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage litigation.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
