Coordinator of Data Center Supply Chain - Las Vegas, NV

The purpose of this position is to support the hyperscale team on the growth of the hyperscale data centers.

This position may require the candidate/employee to undergo additional background checks and drug screenings prior to and during the course of employment in support of customer-specific deployments.

Supervisory Responsibilities :
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Support the coordination and execution of supply chain activities for hyperscale construction projects, including procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination, and inventory management.
  • Work closely with project managers, supply chain members, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to meet project schedules and milestones. Address any issues or risks proactively to minimize impact on project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation such as purchase orders, contracts, invoices, shipping documents, and supplier communications. Organize and archive project files according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation arrangements for the delivery of materials and equipment to project sites. Track shipment status, update project schedules, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock tracking and replenishment planning. Work with suppliers to maintain accurate inventory levels and timely availability of materials.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, updates, and KPI metrics to project teams and stakeholders. Aid in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and project management workflows. Recommend solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the supply chain team. Support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to the success of the team and organization.

Required Job Skills :

  • Strong communication and analytical skills to prepare and present product demand forecasts and manage inventory in alignment with company strategic plans and roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of project coordination principles and techniques, including scheduling, resource allocation, documentation management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor management.
  • Understanding of the construction industry, including project management methodologies, construction processes, and regulatory requirements specific to data center construction.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, assess root causes, and develop solutions within the supply chain.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Customer service orientation and commitment to meeting the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently, remaining even-tempered and resolving conflict effectively.

Computer Equipment and Software :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for document management, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management software and ERP systems is a plus.


Education and Experience :
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.

Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in project coordination, supply chain support, logistics coordination, or related roles within the construction, engineering, or data center industry. Experience working with electrical and/or mechanical system suppliers, as well as general contractors and subcontractors.
