We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Bankruptcy Attorney to lead our bankruptcy practice, handling complex cases and providing strategic counsel to our clients. Responsibilities:

1. Legal Counsel: Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients in matters related to bankruptcy, insolvency, and debt restructuring.
2. Case Management: Oversee and manage a variety of bankruptcy cases, ensuring all legal processes are handled efficiently and effectively.
3. Legal Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in legislation, and legal precedents related to bankruptcy law.
4. Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, addressing client concerns, and providing regular updates on case progress.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to share knowledge and ensure comprehensive client service.
6. Business Development: Actively contribute to the growth of the bankruptcy practice by participating in business development activities, including networking events and client outreach.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
3. Minimum of 6 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing complex bankruptcy cases.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
