Job Title: Logistics Performance Management Analyst


Location: Spring, TX (Hybrid)


Key Job Responsibilities –

  • Establish benchmarking activities across various Logistics modes of transport (e.g., Marine, Truck, Rail).
  • Structural benchmarking along with bespoke and periodic benchmarking
  • Work with E2E domain experts and Supply Chain Leads to implement industry standard best practices for performance management and benchmarking
  • Execute full assessment / bespoke benchmarks (i.e., strategic, and operational benchmarks). Activities include interfacing with benchmark company to fully understand the metrics and Qs and coordinate/curate data inputs
  • Provide periodic bespoke business intelligence services for capability teams and senior SC management
  • Maintain working relationship with key external benchmarking orgs / sources – understand key benchmark sources

Key Skills / Experience

•Must have: 5+ years Supply Chain Logistics experience (Process / Domain Expertise)

•Must have: Analysis, Analytics, Benchmarking

•Ability to network / collaborate

•Curious/high initiative and willing to proactively research when questions arise.
