We manufacture and sell kitchenware and hydration products for all types of retailers - from national chains all over the world to independent shops in small towns throughout the US. As our business continues to grow, we are in search of passionate and talented candidates to lead our Social Media team.


Who you are

You—a creative and detail orientated person, passionate about Social Media, Marketing and Product You are looking for a fast-paced environment that will keep you motivated and on your toes You have a keen eye for detail and can make decisions quickly. You are organized and can prioritize your workload while keeping all parties up to date. You work well with multiple teams throughout our organization including sales, photography and product development. We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and manage our social media marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of proven experience in social media strategy and team management. In this role, you will oversee a team of three professionals, driving strategy, content planning, and execution to elevate our brand presence.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with broader marketing goals.
  • Research and stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative content practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three social media specialists, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Foster professional growth within the team through training and feedback.
  • Oversee content calendars and approve creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to track ROI, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Present actionable insights to key stakeholders and adjust strategies based on findings.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams to support integrated campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years in social media marketing and strategy, including team management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
