Job Description

An employer in Loveland, CO is looking for a Preboarding Coordinator to join their team. This will be a contract until the end of the year with possibilities of extensions. This person will be apart of the preboarding team and in charge of background checks and onboarding paperwork. This person will run all background information for pending employees and help with preboarding. This person needs to have a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills. This will be a three day onsite role in Loveland. This is an amazing opportunity for someone beginning their career


Required Skills & Experience

1 year of administrative, customer service or HR related experience using MS Suite (excel, powerpoint, etc)


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

SAP experience, Sterling background check knowledge, SuccessFactors


Compensation:

$18 to $21/HR

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
