Data Control Clerk
San Antonio, TX
12+ month contract
$25-30/hr

ConsultNet is looking for a Data Control clerk in San Antonio, TX. They will be responsible for the support of Fleet Operations through the facilitation & timely processing of invoices, purchase card expense reports, office supply requests, & uniform orders. Assists in general administrative tasks, to include phone calls, road calls, time entry compliance & corrections, and business area communications as needed.
Responsibilities

  • Daily processing of SAP workflow invoices through to service entry sheet, to include summary billing prep & processing
  • Produce & process purchase card expense reports for assigned Fleet personnel, to include validation of purchase card receipts & vendor contact as needed
  • Process all Fleet Operation uniform & office supply orders
  • Review, prep, & file all state registration 39A forms
Process all Fleet received toll road & red-light violation notifications to include communication with various business areas and/or toll authorities
  • Assist in Field Representative duties for assigned contracts as it relates to SAP workflow of invoices, to include vendor statement review, & past due invoice research as needed
  • Provide time entry correction, review, & coordination in support of Fleet Operations & in compliance with the Wage Scale working agreement
  • Update equipment utilization hours in SAP for Storerooms & in support of Fleet Operations as needed
  • Maintain all paper & electronic records in accordance with all CPS Energy Record
  • Management requirements
  • Answer phone calls & provide instruction/direction to both internal and external contacts
  • Provide support by relieving other positions within the Business Area
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills
  • Ability to read, write, and understand verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to work with detailed quantitative data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficient follow-through skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to examine information and apply logical thought processes
  • Basic math skills (addition, math, multiplication, and division); demonstrated ability to work with numbers; 10-key skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact well with others (peers, co-workers, all levels of the organization and outside entities).
  • Must have the ability to be a reliable team player
  • Ability to prepare written summaries of analysis and findings for management.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task various critical work assignments proactively and independently in a fast paced environment and in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimum supervision verified through assessments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling
  • Proficiency in data input, transaction processing and data extraction.
