TrustPoint.One has partnered with a prestigious boutique law firm in Coral Gables, FL in their search for an experienced probate paralegal to support their Trusts and Estates team. In this role, the paralegal will play a vital role in supporting attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate administration, probate, and estate planning.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Interacting directly with clients and organizing client information
  • Assisting attorneys to prepare accountings and distributing assets to beneficiaries
  • Drafting and reviewing documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate pleadings
  • Conducting legal research on various trust and real estate topics
  • Preparing for client meetings and court hearings


Qualifications:

  • Qualified paralegal candidates will demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and have the ability to manage sensitive situations with compassion towards others
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Florida Registered Paralegal
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Trust and Estates Paralegal
  • Knowledgeable of fiduciary accounting and tax concepts
