What You'll Do: As a Talent Manager, you'll be at the forefront of negotiating and developing business with both new and existing clients. Harness your energy to market our services through various channels such as telephone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, interviewing, and matching highly skilled professionals with our clients' projects, ensuring outstanding customer service throughout ongoing engagements, and providing continuous communication and career guidance to candidates. Additionally, you'll have the chance to expand our presence in the local business community by participating in trade association and networking events.
Qualifications That Energize Us:
- A BA/BS degree is preferred, but your energy and enthusiasm are what truly matter.
- 1+ years of administrative or customer support experience preferred.
- 2+ years' experience in Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment, with at least one success story in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker environment.
- Proven track record of marketing to and closing top-level decision-makers at small/medium-sized businesses, while cultivating mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
- Working knowledge of the current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce).
- Knowledge and familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations.
- A positive attitude and an engaging, businesslike approach that energizes those around you.
Please note only candidates in the Kansas City Metropolitan area will be considered as the role requires several days per week working onsite.
