Our production is expanding is so is our team We're adding qualified candidates to our maintenance team and are in immediate need of a Maintenance Technician to join our third shift team in Chicago Heights.

Job Details

Hiring for 3rd shift: 10pm - 6:30am.
Start your week Sunday at 10pm and end your week 6:30am on Friday.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years industrial maintenance experience
  • Formal maintenance training in mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing, preferred
  • Previous experience working in a FDA regulated environment, preferred
  • CMMS experience
  • Well-rounded with electrical and mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of mills, brakes, and presses
  • Basic experience with fabrication (ARC and MIG) and troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs

Day-to-day:
  • Spend the majority of the shift on the production floor focusing on urgent repairs, preventative maintenance, equipment observations, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on all equipment and throughout the facility.
  • Ensure all equipment operates safely with proper machine guarding.
  • Use equipment and tools responsibly and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with supervision and maintenance teams to keep equipment in good working condition.
  • Assist with equipment set-up, start-up, operation, and shut down, including disassembly.
  • Contribute to writing operating parameters and procedures.
  • Participate in shift handoff discussions at the beginning and end of each shift.
