Construction Superintendent

DSI Construction is seeking a highly qualified Construction Project Superintendent with specialized experience as a Commercial Mechanical Superintendent. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in overseeing mechanical aspects of commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical construction activities on commercial projects.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work is performed according to plans and specifications.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion within set financial parameters.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Mechanical Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Located in the Clayton County area or able to drive to the job site daily.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in project management software and tools such as Procore.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
