In this pivotal role as Senior Project Manager or Manager of Project Management, you'll play a key role in our Customer Success department, leading and inspiring project teams to deliver outstanding results for our valued clients. What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales to installation and ongoing customer service, ensuring exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Spearhead customer communication, clearly defining expectations and ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, collaborating with production and procurement teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise to sales and estimating teams, ensuring accurate project proposals and customer solutions.
  • Travel regionally to visit manufacturing facilities and collaborate with partners.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in account or project management.
  • A passionate leader with a proven track record of exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong technical expertise in Retail Sales/Exhibits/Fabrication and a deep understanding of store fixture manufacturing processes (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • A self-directed and motivated individual with a knack for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
