Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in testing within Snowflake and AWS environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in analyzing complex business requirements, translating them into comprehensive test scenarios and cases, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.


Location

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that the candidate is located primarily in Sacramento or Bay Area with monthly on-site visit required.


Must have at least 2 years of testing experience in Snowflake & AWS environments is mandatory. Experience with AWS QuickSight is desirable.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in testing, with a focus on SaaS applications, with at least 1 year as lead.
  • 2+ years of experience in various types of testing including Configuration, Integration, Performance, System, Usability, Security and User Acceptance Testing.
  • 2+ experience in cloud-based technologies and concepts, including virtualization, scalability, and security.
  • 2+ years of experience Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of Business Requirements and converting them to test scenarios and cases.
  • Ability to create and execute test scripts, test cases, and test plans.
  • Knowledge of Stress and Scenario Testing techniques.
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as QuickSight, SQS, SNS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
