Our client's Healthcare & Life Science Division operates within the innovative and complex healthcare sector, covering pharmaceuticals & biotech, medical technology, diagnostics, digital health & healthcare IT, healthcare B2B, providers, consumer health, and animal health. Their North American teams are located in Boston, Chicago, New York, and San Francisco, with a global presence that fosters collaboration across regions.


As a member of the Healthcare team, the Manager role offers exposure to a wide array of clients, products, and projects within the healthcare industry. Working closely with Partners and project teams, you will contribute to strategy development and data analysis, leveraging your expertise to address clients' business challenges in a dynamic environment.


The Person:


  • An undergraduate and/or graduate degree from a reputable university or college, specializing in bioengineering, engineering, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Bring at least 3 years of full-time experience in consulting or functional roles focusing on pricing, marketing, and sales. Preferably possess experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare consulting, with a strong background in pricing, sales, marketing, and strategy within sectors such as biopharmaceuticals, medical devices and technology, diagnostics, healthcare IT, healthcare B2B services, consumer health, or digital health.
  • Demonstrate a track record of analysing and resolving complex problems, developing actionable recommendations using well-honed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).
  • Can showcase successful project management skills, including managing multiple projects, work plans, and deliverables.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individuals who thrive in both independent and collaborative settings within fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
