Seeking a Brand Design Production Manager who will be responsible for producing high quality and accurate brand design materials including print and digital work.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a design, advertising or marketing agency

Possess strong strategic and problem-solving skills with a critical eye for detail

Excellent communication and presentation skills and will work effectively and efficiently in a team environment

Good understanding of the production processes for digital and print media that ensures flawless transfer of design content to design execution

Have a passion for and knowledge of design, technique, practice and technology as well as possess a superior work ethic, computer knowledge and experience

Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, After Effects, Fireworks, Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office and PowerPoint (PPT is part of Microsoft Office)

Have a deep understanding of the production process for high volume output for both digital and print media

Able to work in both a MAC and PC environment

Requires an undergraduate degree in graphic design

A strong online portfolio should include work produced for real clients that has been successfully implemented in the brand design space

Must possess a superior work ethic and be highly organized and comfortable with juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Will be highly creative, innovative and productive and have the functional and technical expertise to execute the work at a high-level.

Preferred Qualifications:

Animation and video editing capabilities

Production Design Manager Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and enhance digital files aligned with creative briefs and Client brand

Design and modify Power Point presentations

Create simple spot illustrations and iconography

Develop graphic assets, i.e. wordmarks, logos, templates, digital and print collateral – Scalability) testing of brand assets

Provide light image retouching and manipulation – Prepare files for print and digital production

Conduct visual research

Guide design team through the production process including pre, production and post

Understand brand guideline importance

Will collaborate on projects with the design team to create best in class design production that is flawless.

Will report to the AVP Head of Design.
