As we prepare to open our first location in El Paso, TX, Las Espadas is excited to bring our unique blend of flavors and dining culture to the United States. Role Description
As we prepare to introduce our unique blend of Brazilian culinary traditions and festive dining experience to the Southwest, we are seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager and Head of Operations to lead our new venture and expand our brand in the area. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including P&L management, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the customer service experience, budgeting, procurement and hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the standards of Las Espadas.
- Manage daily operations and make strategic decisions to enhance profitability while maintaining the highest level of service.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and dedication.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive promotions and build a strong local presence.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- P&L Management, Budgeting, and Hiring skills
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the customer service experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Certification in Restaurant Management is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
