About Us: Premier Allergy & Asthma is a leading healthcare practice specializing in allergy and asthma treatment. As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us expand our reach in the community.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase awareness of our allergy & asthma practice, attract new patients, and retain existing ones. The role requires a blend of marketing expertise, creativity, and healthcare industry knowledge to help us achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing programs to promote our allergy and asthma practice. Collaborate with the management team and outsourced agencies to define marketing objectives and align strategies accordingly. Develop and track KPIs to align with enterprise objectives.
2. Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, blogs, social media, drip campaigns, email and print materials.
3. Social Media Management: Create and maintain a strong social media presence, including posting relevant content, engaging with followers, and running targeted ad campaigns. To include: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X
4. Online Presence: Manage the practice’s website, ensuring it is up to date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO.) Monitor online reviews and work with patient experience managers to respond to patient feedback. Strive to maintain a high rating and positive online reputation.
5. Brand Management: Uphold and strengthen our practice’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and patient interactions as well as internal branding throughout the practice.
6. Community Engagement: Develop relationships with local healthcare providers, organizations, businesses, schools, and community partners to expand our referral network and enhance our practice’s reputation. Oversee sponsorship relationships to optimize community exposure and brand awareness.
7. Event Planning: Organize and promote events, health fairs, webinars, or seminars for the purpose of brand awareness, allergy education and community support.
8. Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with local media outlets and influencers.
Collaborate with creative agencies and media outlets to ensure optimal airtime for television commercials and radio advertisements.
9. Budget Allocation: Develop, manage and track marketing budgets to allocate resources effectively across various marketing channels and campaigns. Monitor spending, track ROI, and adjust budgets as needed to maximize marketing impact.
10. Overall Patient Experience: Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance the patient experience at every touchpoint.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum three years of proven experience as a marketing manager, specialist, or similar role.
· Bachelor's degree
· Experience creating and distributing content through multiple mediums
· Local candidates only

Salary: $75K plus incentive compensation.
