Chief Operating Officer


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer at Paradise Rentas located in San Diego, CA. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, implementing and improving operational processes and procedures, and driving overall efficiency and profitability. The Chief Operating Officer will also collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets and financial performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a Chief Operating Officer or similar
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing operational strategies and driving business growth
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Experience managing a large scale vacation rental company
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality or rental property industry is a plus
