Our client is a well-established, design-build GC in North Carolina who has a deep pipeline of Multifamily projects in Charlotte. They also have a diverse portfolio of Healthcare, Senior Living, Athletic Facility, and Industrial/Warehouse projects.

Due to growth, they are looking to add a mid-to-senior level Estimator/Precon Manager to the team

Company & Role Highlights:

• Mid-sized GC with a portfolio of Commercial Ground-Up + Interior projects in Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Multifamily, etc.

• 7+ years of Estimating experience on projects > $100M.
• Location: Hickory, NC
• Salary: $110K - $130K DOE + Bonus & Benefits
