Key Responsibilities


  • Manage all aspects of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards from initial planning to completion.
  • Guide and support project teams, including subcontractors and field staff, ensuring alignment with project objectives and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain open communication and address project requirements.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling, ensuring financial goals are met without compromising quality or safety.
  • Utilize advanced project management software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) to optimize project efficiency and accuracy.


Qualifications


  • 10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing project management, focusing on large-scale projects.
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or construction management is preferred, and field experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software: Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
  • Stable work history within the local Phoenix market, demonstrating reliability and a track record of project success.
