ETI Consultants, LLC is an IAS Accredited Class 1 Special Inspections Agency and AASHTO Accredited NYC DOB Licensed Concrete Testing Lab located in Ronkonkoma, NY. We are currently looking for qualified candidate to help run our day to day operations in our testing lab.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Manager Concrete and Soils. The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day laboratory operations, conducting quality control tests on concrete and soils, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and assisting the Lab Director as needed in the lab and also in the field. The Laboratory Manager will also be responsible for managing lab staff and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of quality control and laboratory procedures
- Experience operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in laboratory skills and testing techniques
- ACI Laboratory Certifications
- ICC/NICET Certifications for Soils
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or related field a plus
