We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Machine Operator.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a warm non-temp controlled manufacturing environment
While prior experience is not required, candidates must possess a willingness to be trained and a strong ability to read a tape measure accurately.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate various types of machinery under the guidance of experienced operators and supervisors.
  • Learn and adhere to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Monitor machine operations and adjust as necessary to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance your knowledge and proficiency in machine operation.
Requirements:
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred but not required) .
  • Feel comfortable working in a Warm and Non-Temp Controlled Environment.
