Leading a talented group of approximately 17 engineers, the full-time Engineering Group Lead will define and execute the technical vision for the Talent Acquisition domain while providing local leadership at the Zagreb site in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
Define and execute the technical vision for the Talent Acquisition group to ensure scalability within HiBob's platform
Lead and mentor engineering leaders and teams, setting clear goals and KPIs for growth and technical excellence
Own engineering delivery across the group, translating product priorities into actionable technical plans
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Group Lead or equivalent in a fast-paced SaaS or platform company
10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong hands-on technical foundation
5+ years of people-management experience with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
Experience with AI-driven development practices and scalable systems
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across distributed teams
