Job Description:


We are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining client-facing and internal business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create easy-to-use, insightful and visually appealing reports and dashboards.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user friendly Power BI reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to meet business requirements for clients and internal operations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Optimize and streamline data models for improved performance and usability.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and data integration processes.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate Power BI solutions into existing applications and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.


Requirements:

  • 1 day on-site weekly (Monday’s) in headquarters in Jupiter, Florida
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3 years of more proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Business Intelligence Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
  • Experience with data visualization best practices and principles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with ETL processes and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Healthcare industry experience (preferred but not required).
