Job Description

The Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) primary responsibility is to ensure the quality and effective implementation of all treatment and programming for clients. BCBAs will also have multi-level management responsibilities in the areas of therapist and center management, while maintaining compliance of standardized protocols and procedures. This position reports to the assigned Clinical Director.

Responsibilities

Supervise client caseload of up to 8 clientsConduct initial and ongoing client assessments and design and create top quality individualized treatment programs based off these assessmentsOversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for tracking and auditing purposesAssist with the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of daily social skills groupProvide supervision for students approved programs (e.g., RBT, BCBA, and BCaBA)Train clinical staff to ensure appropriate implementation of treatment plans and behavior support plansTrain family members to ensure appropriate implementation of treatment plans and behavior support plans (e.g., individual and group parent trainings)Evaluate effectiveness of the behavior intervention plan by means of direct observation, analyzing data, and making necessary adjustments and updates to optimize progressConduct regular mentor meetings and established performance evaluations for clinical staff and provide feedback in areas of strength or improvementMaintain positive, excellence-driven culture amongst therapists, clients, and their familiesPreferred Qualifications :Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required1years in a supervisor level position preferredEstablished management skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeStrong verbal and written communication skillsCompensation / Benefits :401(k)45.00 non billable (admin work)60.00 - $85.00 billableFlexible work from home options available..
