MS365 Administrator

Overview

As a vital member of our global IT infrastructure team, the Microsoft 365 Administrator plays a pivotal role in maintaining, enhancing, and securing our digital ecosystem. This position focuses on managing the Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across Hoogwegt and Meelunie Americas companies. We're seeking an expert with a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 solutions to optimize user experience and uphold infrastructure stability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure MS 365 cloud services and user accounts
• Maintain the integrity and security of Active Directory, overseeing user account management, group policy, and security protocols
• Provide advanced technical support, addressing escalated issues and complex inquiries as tier 2 support within your time zone
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders to integrate and support IT services seamlessly
• Document processes, procedures, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Ensure system and network security through regular audits and implementation of necessary patches and updates

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Active Directory, MS365 E5, Entra ID, Power Platform, and Azure
• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong sense of responsibility
• Commitment to continuous learning and collaboration to drive technological excellence
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively across all organizational levels
• Self-driven with a pragmatic approach to tasks
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Experience with MS Copilot and ITIL knowledge are advantageous
