A leading name in global manufacturing seeks an experienced Identity and Access Manager (IAM) to join their team to play a pivotal role in enhancing the security and access management systems.This hire will be responsible for providing support for the design, implementation, and maintenance activities related to Identity and Governance Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of IAM principles, with a strong background in SailPoint IdentityNow and CyberArk Privileged Cloud environments.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Governance Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems.
  • Ensure the security, availability, and performance of our IAM systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define access control policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and access requests.
  • Manage, configure, and administer SailPoint IdentityNow and CyberArk Privileged Cloud environments.
  • Collaborate on the integration of OAuth, SAML federation, Single Sign-On, and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
  • Utilize scripting and automation to streamline IAM processes.
  • Implement IAM best practices to enhance security posture.

Qualified applicants should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and CyberArk Privileged Cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of OAuth, SAML federation, Single Sign-On, and Multi-Factor Authentication is highly desirable.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Azure is a plus.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM are advantageous.
