We are seeking a talented and motivated attorney to join our Wage and Hour Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to take on important client-facing work right away This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and mentorship within a supportive and collaborative environment.



Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in wage and hour class and/or collective action claims under the Colorado Wage Act and Fair Labor Standards Act.
  • Interpret Colorado Department of Labor and Employment and U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division regulations, rules, and interpretative guidance materials.
  • Draft and respond to initial pleadings, discovery requests, and motions. Argue motions, including motions to decertify a conditional class.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Work closely with clients, provide legal advice, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.



Qualification

  • 4 or more years of experience in wage and hour litigation.
  • Must be admitted to practice law in Colorado.
  • Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
