Project Manager, Hybrid schedule:


Itzy Ritzy is a leading juvenile and lifestyle brand specializing in innovative and high-quality baby products. Our mission is to create safe, stylish, and functional solutions for new parents around the world. We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the development of our product range.


Position Overview: The Project Manager will oversee the product development cycle, from concept through to delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position reports to the Vice President of Product Development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new product development cycle by owning product schedules to ensure on on-time delivery for new item launches.
  • Collaborate with product and packaging designers, sales, marketing and operations teams on project goals and deliverables.
  • Liaise with overseas manufacturers to manage product costing, sampling, and production ensuring and timelines are met.
  • Proactively identify and react to potential risks with production lead times during the development process. 
  • Effectively communicate regular updates to cross-functional teams on project progress, potential issues, and resolutions.
  • Ensure all products meet safety regulations and quality standards specific to juvenile products.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including data management in PLM software and product schedules.  


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in consumer goods.
  • Familiarity with the juvenile category and understanding of safety regulations and standards is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs and PLM software. Experience with Adobe Creative suite preferred, not required.
