CDL B Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee

Join Safety-Kleen as a CDL B Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee This position offers the opportunity to train on driving a Class B box truck to provide essential onsite services for our parts washer machines, manage the pickup of containerized hazardous waste, and sell our valuable products and services along a defined route. Responsibilities:
Put health and safety first by adhering to all work practices, policies, and procedures.
Complete daily services, deliveries, and pickups punctually.
Manage the switch-out of 15
- and 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer locations.
Ensure all required documentation and labeling is completed.
Identify and collect leads from customers to promote new products and services.
Upsell additional products and services to existing accounts.
Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
Safely operate vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations.
Adhere to corporate operating guidelines and procedures during vehicle operation.
Observe all environmental health and safety protocols set by the company.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a CDL B within 180 days of employment (company-paid).
Must obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 30 days of receiving CDL B.
Work independently while effectively managing time and productivity.
Basic computer and math skills are necessary.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Capability to solve problems effectively.
Must meet physical job requirements.
Successful completion of a background check, drug test, and physical is required.
Preferred

Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience with commercial route driving (Class C or non-CDL).
