Job Description:
· Support the Time-of-Day business reply card processing and other support work.
· Needs to be able to use a tablet/iPad/phone to scan in QR codes, work through basic flows, and record activity
· Primary activities: scanning, logging, validating, and excel lookups for Time-of-Day postcards sent back with a customer action and reasons for action.
· Additional support work may be assigned based on the level of customers submitting these requests.
· Clerical/analytical other program support work.
Responsibilities:
· Provide clerical support by typing & proofreading a variety of documents
· Sorts and files documents and records, etc.
Experience:
· Intermediate: Typically, has up to approximately 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires some managerial oversight/direction.
· Advanced: Full knowledge of related concepts. Typically, has at least 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires minimal managerial oversight/direction.
· Expert: Full knowledge of the function. Demonstrated ability to apply concepts to the functional area and see big picture impact of actions. Typically, has approximately 7+ years of experience performing this specific job function and requires very limited managerial oversight/direction.

Education:
· High School Diploma or GED
