Position: Sales Manager – Promotional Products

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the promotional product industry. The ideal candidate has extensive industry knowledge, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to foster strong client relationships while achieving ambitious revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the promotional products industry to achieve revenue and market growth targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing inside and outside sales representatives, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team huddles, and performance reviews to provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support.

Implement sales strategies, set clear goals, and monitor performance metrics to drive team success.

Promote a positive and results-oriented sales culture, ensuring alignment with company values.

Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

Address client concerns and resolve issues quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate distributors, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and promotional campaigns.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

Stay updated on the latest trends in promotional products, e-commerce, and customer engagement strategies.


Qualifications:

5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the promotional products or e-commerce industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.

Experience managing remote teams and utilizing virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, CRM systems).

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the promotional product industry.

In-depth knowledge of promotional products, branding strategies, and client needs in this space.

Strong understanding of e-commerce sales models, CRM platforms, and digital marketing integration.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.

Leadership experience with a proven ability to build, motivate, and develop successful teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
