Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 4-10 years of experience in visual identity, branding, and web design to join our dynamic marketing team. This position is hybrid primarily remote, with 1-2 days in-office desired and occasional in-office presence required for key meetings and collaborative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain visual identity and branding guidelines for Venbrook.
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, print collateral, custom graphics, and presentation decks.
- Create and manage website design and graphics, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across all digital platforms.
- Spearhead the design of email campaigns, event materials, and conference collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns across various digital and social channels.
- Present design concepts and strategies to leadership, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions.
- Work independently to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Publisher.
- Use monday.com for project management to track progress and collaborate with team members.
- Attend in-person meetings and collaborative sessions as needed, typically at one of our Southern California offices.
Qualifications:
- 4-10 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on visual identity, branding and web design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in marketing materials, website design, print collateral, and brand identity.
- Extensive experience developing key marketing elements, including email campaigns, event materials, conference collateral, and presentation decks.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Publisher.
- Proven experience presenting design concepts and strategies to leadership.
- Ability to work independently, follow processes, and meet deadlines.
- Experience using monday.com is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both remotely and in-person.
- Must reside in Southern California for hybrid working and occasional in-office attendance.
- Comfortable with remote/hybrid work environment and tools for virtual collaboration.
