Associate Attorney

Stuckert & Yates is a full-service, community-centric law firm located in the heart of Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We are seeking an associate attorney with 1 to 3 years’ experience to join our firm. Practice areas may include: Litigation, Business law, Family law, Orphans' court, Estate Planning and Estate Admin, and Personal Injury. Admission to the Pennsylvania bar required or pending for 3Ls studying for the 2024 Bar Exam; New Jersey a plus. The ideal candidate will manage and engage actively with clients, while delivering excellent customer service. Opportunities will include litigation of cases and providing services to resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and collaboratively work with our partners, associates, paralegals and staff.
